Re: Town of St. Paul to sue WCSB
I think SP is the last town that should be doing this with the facts laid out. I couldn't care less if they want to **** away their money even though they have a whopping 150 kids that cost so much to keep running and near half don't live in the county, but when the rest of the county has to foot the bill to fight it? That's what ****es me off.
They're the first to ***** about losing the school even though what would it effect? Like the other two towns, the school would just be 10 minutes away, since almost half of their 150 kids live in Russell co..you'd think a tiny drive like that wouldn't mean much. Plus with Cwood all of 3 minutes away and the ele. school staying where it is, the property values are really going to be effected huh? lol Oh yeah, they'd lose so much business when all of those people won't be pouring in to watch the juggernaut deacons then eating at Burger King, Hardees, Pizza Plus and the new Huddle House that every other town around here has. They certainly have become the economic mecca with three gas stations about 100 feet apart from each other plus the one around the corner like every other town around here seems to have.
Really hate to see these dime-a-dozen chain stores, errr I mean homegrown small businesses go under because a high school was moved just down the road. God knows that fourlane will surely shut down now since there's just no reason to go past Coeburn in any direction towards castlewood or Lebanon, no no, they might as well pack it in too.
